Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Sheboygan location to lead a small team in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will coach associates, ensure exceptional guest service, and help drive daily operations and performance.

This part-time role supports hiring, training, and guest-focused initiatives while maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor. Join a team that values a positive attitude, strong communication, and collaboration to deliver memorable experiences for guests

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and anticipate needs.
• Supervise, motivate, reward and coach team members.
• Execute theatre operations and processes for smooth daily run.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of associates.
• Evaluate KPIs to improve guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to raise brand awareness and drive theatre traffic.
• Follow directives from theatre and corporate management teams.
