About the role:

We seek an Assistant Manager to serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for our internal team and clients. This role involves driving the business within a specific product category, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, and collaborating closely with the Boutique Director by sharing critical business insights. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the full ownership and growth of one of the following categories:

• Handbags and Small Leather Goods
• RTW (Ready-to-Wear)
• Costume Jewelry and Accessories

• Spend time on the sales floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences
