The ideal Color & Print Assistant is a fast learner, self-driven individual who is passionate about color and the technicalities of the printing process. They will assist the Print & Color Manager with developing seasonal palettes and communicating with suppliers to ensure that both color and print are executed in accordance with original intent. The target salary range for this role is: $53,000 - $54,000
Hybrid: This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the Ann Taylor office location in New York, NY as defined by business needs.
