Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach (Princess Anne) is hiring an Assistant Manager to run shifts alongside the General Manager, train and develop the team, ensure great customer service, and uphold high product quality in a fast-paced kitchen.

This role pays $15–$18 per hour with bonus opportunities and offers a direct path to General Manager through our Management Development Program, including potential franchise opportunities after successful store management.

Compensation
Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity
