Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Norfolk (ODU Campus) seeks an Assistant Manager to run shifts, coach the team, ensure quick service, and maintain high food quality.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and have a direct path to GM, with bonus opportunities tied to store performance; strong performers can pursue franchise ownership through our development program. This is a hands-on, full-time leadership role in a busy environment with on-the-job training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
