Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Atlanta is seeking a friendly and motivated manager to support store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will assist the General Manager, supervise shifts, help with hiring, training, and onboarding, and ensure daily standards are met with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates bring prior quick-service or retail experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a readiness to lead cohesive teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed
