Job summary

Best Friends Pet Care in Irvine, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Manager and lead a busy team responsible for pet boarding, daycare, and grooming. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness, and high standards while delivering outstanding service to pets and their families.

You’ll partner with the Center Manager, assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and payroll, and step up as acting leader when needed.

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Center Manager to support our Center Manager and help lead our team in creating a safe, fun, and thriving environment for furry friends and their owners.As Assistant Center Manager, you’ll work hand-in-paw with the Center Manager to keep the facility running seamlessly, ensuring happy pets, delighted clients, and a motivated team. The hourly pay range for this position is $22 to $26 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, schedule availability, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for incentives and overtime opportunities, where applicable. Where required by law, employees will be compensated at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked.
