Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run Dunkin’ locations across the region. You will support the Restaurant Manager in planning, directing and controlling store operations while supervising crew members and maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on developing leadership skills, optimizing shift performance, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. This is a hands-on, on-site position with opportunities for advancement in a multi-store franchise

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, direction and control of store operations.
• Supervise employees in inventory, merchandising, losses and work hours.
• Attend Restaurant Manager meetings when directed.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring and performance management to develop a long-term management pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and store policies.
