Job summary

GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you will partner with the General Manager to lead operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach leaders, uphold standards, and prepare for future General Manager opportunities.

You will build a high-performing team, focus on accountability, and drive growth and profitability while maintaining safety and quality across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
