As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. Responsibilities include modeling exemplary service, hiring, training, developing a team of Associates, ensuring smooth store operations, and creating a positive store environment. We are looking for candidates with retail experience, leadership, and communication skills.
