Tillys in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team and deliver a standout Tillys Experience for every customer. You will partner with the Store Management Team to model exceptional service, drive sales and maintain store standards.

The role is part-time and requires strong leadership and communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to hire, train and develop Associates while ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
