LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0811-Park City Mall in Lancaster, PA. You will support customer experiences, lead sales floor operations, and coach associates to reflect the LOFT brand in every customer interaction.

As a store leader, you will assist in recruiting and developing talent, using data to drive results, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive team environment. This role offers opportunities for growth within LOFT’s brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
