Responsibilities:

To assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster a friendly and enthusiastic work environment.

  • Assist in creating a fun, productive, and respectful environment and culture.
  • Support the daily operation of the restaurant and work at any station when necessary.
  • As Manager on Duty, ensure the highest level of hospitality and service to guests.
  • Maintain compliance with food standards, quality, preparation, and production.
  • Ensure adherence to standards in guest relations, labor and paper costs, safety, and sanitation.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure operational procedures are followed in the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
  • Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to company standards during shifts.
  • Comply with Federal, State, and local regulations.
Decision-Making Areas:
  • Team member assignments.
  • Purchasing within inventory and budget guidelines.
  • Disciplinary actions when the manager on duty is unavailable.
  • Escalation of disciplinary issues to higher management.
  • Executing shift operations effectively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, meeting productivity standards.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
