Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ventura, CA to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead a team. You will analyze business, maintain exceptional customer service, and manage staffing, training, and payroll processes.

You will leverage product knowledge and brand awareness to update floor sets, create compelling visuals, and contribute to inventory control while guiding non-management staff toward growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
