About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Collaborating with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach and mentor Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Support strategies to drive store sales and results with a customer-centric approach.
  2. Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams.
  3. Own specific areas of responsibility within the store.
  4. Implement plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  5. Perform Service Leader duties as needed.
  6. Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
  7. Represent the brand and stay informed about the retail landscape and competition.
  8. Promote community involvement.
  9. Leverage omni-channel strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  10. Ensure compliance with all standards and policies.

Who You Are

  1. Retail management experience of 1-3 years.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Effective communication skills.
  4. Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Results-driven with a focus on metrics.
  6. Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire.
  7. Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  8. Proficient with retail technology.
  9. Physical ability to operate on the sales floor, stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  10. Willingness to travel as required.
