Job summary

Braum's in Tyler, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store team, ensure top customer service and maintain food quality standards. You will train and coach crew, maximize sales, and oversee daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain product lines.

A 2-year retail management background and a valid driver's license are required. Shifts run 2:00 pm to close with a rotating 3-week schedule and about 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 (annually $50,000 - $53,000)

Assistant Manager's role: Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
