Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store crew, coach staff, and oversee daily Braum's food service operations, grocery market and fountain sales in Granbury. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a minimum of two years' retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 (annually $52,500 - $54,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
