Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of fast food operations and deployment procedures.
• Ability to master cash control and adhere to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality guidelines.
• Understand basic principles of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and P&L basics.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products.
• Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment.
• Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers.
• Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and review of employee performance.
• Performs accounting responsibilities and prepares reports for submission to the home office.
• Operates all kitchen equipment.
• Work as a team member to assure constant customer satisfaction.
