As an Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. You’re responsible for supporting a profitable business focusing on creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement. You’re responsible for providing in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each team member can contribute at their highest potential. You’ll partner with your leadership team to make adjustments when needed to drive the business forward, while seamlessly stepping in on tasks when needed.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
  2. Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist if necessary to make a connection or sale.
  3. Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
  4. Help associates make the most of each customer interaction by sharing specific actions to improve outcomes.
  5. Ensure the team is always on track to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  6. Own the selling floor and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  7. Be ready to step in for another manager as needed.
  8. Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and drive traffic and sales.
  9. Act in a manner that aligns with our values.
About You

  6. Have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience.
  7. Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in specialty retail.
  8. Communicate effectively and confidently.
  9. Operate store systems accurately and process information efficiently.
  10. Are available during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Are comfortable with technology, apps, and industry-related media.
  12. Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/move at least 40 pounds.
  13. Regularly move around store areas and be accessible to customers.
