Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Platte City location. You will oversee the operation, hire and supervise team members, and ensure exceptional guest service and financial results. This role requires the ability to lead by example and train staff to maintain Dunkin' standards.

We are looking for energetic leaders who can work early mornings and shifts across seven days as business needs dictate, with clear paths to store manager roles and unlimited growth within the company.
