Job summary

Dunkin' Franchisee is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, hire and supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest service and financial performance.

Successful candidates will lead by example, drive sales, and support team development. The role requires early morning availability and a willingness to work a 6-day week, with opportunities for growth within the company.
