You'll also help train and develop clerks on your shift, contributing to a consistent, high-performing team culture through hands-on leadership and a commitment to growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and consistently representing company standards.

• Store Appearance - Own the customer-facing environment by proactively addressing appearance issues and guiding peers in daily upkeep.

Qualifications

Schedule / Work / Travel

• Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events).
• Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
• Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs
• May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.
