About the Job

• We are seeking an Assistant Manager to manage projects related to Levi.com marketing content. This role involves overseeing project briefs, creating content roadmaps, and coordinating communication among channel owners, creative teams, and business leaders. You will collaborate closely with various teams and report to the Marketing Manager – Site & App Content at Levi.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects seamlessly from briefing to execution.
• Create detailed briefs to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and moments across channels.
• Deliver high-quality assets to enhance success on Levi.com.
• Ensure timely completion of campaigns across all channels.
• Support Levi.com, the blog, the app, email campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
• Lead meetings to gather brief details, review content, and provide feedback.
• Maintain updated project statuses and keep partners informed about deliverable timelines.
• Oversee new marketing launches across channels.
• Collaborate with teams to support exclusive collections, brand collaborations, and value campaigns.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Knowledge of eCommerce business models and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience with project management and design tools such as Airtable or Figma.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to hold partners accountable for task delivery.

Additional Information

The starting salary range for this role is $58,100 - $91,900 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, education, qualifications, and performance.
