Description:Reporting to the Director of Communications at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, the Assistant Manager or Manager of Public Relations will be responsible for promoting Zucker School of Medicine news and events through strong media relations and strategic communications while maintaining a consistent public brand and voice. The successful candidate will craft compelling press releases and media pitches, manage media inquiries, and cultivate relationships with journalists across various media outlets. Additionally, they will collaborate with the director in developing and executing comprehensive Public Relations (PR)/communication plans aligned with the Zucker School of Medicine’s goals and priorities.
