Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage and coordinate 3 to 30 employees per shift.
• Oversee store operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle phone inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Operate POS/Cash register and process payments.
• Ensure products are prepared accurately and on time.
• Deliver orders safely and courteously when required.
• Maintain grooming and professional appearance per standards.
