KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our LOFT store at Rosedale Center in Saint Paul, MN. You will support customer experience, shape store culture, and lead associates on the sales floor with confidence and care.

You will mentor, coach, and recruit alongside the Store Manager, driving omnichannel experiences and operational discipline to meet targets while fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
