LOFT at The Shoppes at River Ridge in Dublin, OH, part of KnitWell Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and work with the Store Manager to drive results.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management (preferred), a hospitality mindset, and tech fluency including POS systems. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for bonuses and development.
