Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store in Pensacola. You will hire, supervise and motivate team members to meet financial goals while delivering guests a standout experience.

A three-week-plus leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home, and work a schedule that includes openings, closings, weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and preparation through the 3+ weeks leadership training program.
