Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, recruit and supervise team members, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets. The role includes a multi-week leadership training program and ongoing development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
