Job summary

Panda Express in Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, hire and lead team members, and drive guest satisfaction. A comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

You will be responsible for ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of service, with opportunities for further growth into management roles within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training provided by Panda Express.
