Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a single Little Rock store. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A three-week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with mentorship from our Panda community. Requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates.
