Arby’s in Westfield, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurant daily. You will assist the General Manager and ensure shifts run smoothly while contributing to local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals.

We’re looking for someone with at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience and a track record of outstanding customer service. You’ll participate in local store marketing and team development, while growing with Arby’s through best-in-class
