Burger King® is seeking an Assistant Manager in a hands-on, fast-paced restaurant environment. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, coach team members, and uphold brand standards for quality, service and safety.

As an AM, you’ll lead shifts, support profitability, and contribute to guest satisfaction scores while growing your leadership impact and career with Burger King®. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for development and advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators
• Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Support sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores
• Maintain BK brand standards and assist with inventory, orders, and cash controls
