Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 11240 Manchester Rd in St Louis, MO. Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in food service or retail management preferred.
• Flex availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals.
• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
