Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail or food service management experience.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and POS systems.
• Customer-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining product quality and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members.
• Collaborate with upper management to improve store performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Step in for the General Manager when necessary.
