Arby’s in Rockmart, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants day-to-day. You will support the General Manager and ensure each shift runs smoothly while delivering fast-c friendly service.

You will contribute to local store marketing, drive sales and profits, and guide team members through training and performance initiatives. Prior restaurant or retail management experience and U.S. work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
