Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store during shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers are served promptly. You will manage a team of 3–30, greet customers, take orders, handle cash, and uphold standards for quality and cleanliness.

You must be reliable, able to pass a driving record check, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to work a flexible schedule across 7 days a week. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift (3–30 staff).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers during the shift.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees on shift and set the tone for the store.
• Oversee all store operations, greet customers, take orders, and maintain a positive environment.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Prepare products per recipes and baking procedures with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver products safely to customers and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable from front to back.
