MBR Management, a Domino's franchise in Chesterfield, MO, is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a busy team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help manage inventory, control costs, train staff, schedule shifts, and step in for the General Manager as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or food service management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Customer service-oriented with passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Step in for the General Manager when necessary with strong leadership
