Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store, hire and guide team members, drive toward financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A three-plus week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
