Panda Restaurant Group, an industry leader in American-Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in California. You will lead the team, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

The role includes a multi-week leadership training program, commitment to growth, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in the Lakewood area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
