Job summary

Culver's is seeking an Assistant Manager for Merch Foods Group, a Culver's franchising group, to lead shifts, coach a team, and uphold exceptional guest experiences in Zion, IL.

You will recruit, train, oversee inventory, and drive sales while maintaining strong standards for food safety and customer service. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and positive leadership mindset.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable professional who shows up on time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus.
• ServSafe Certified is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
