Job summary

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino's franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure great customer service, and support store operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to meet store goals and drive a positive team culture.

The role involves supervising Team Members, managing labor, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Compensation is hourly with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet all service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product, service, image results.
• Lead Team on shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold safety standards at all times.
• Take ownership in resolving problems.
• Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending.
• Execute time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide a fun, happy environment for customers and Team members while taking orders.
• Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Learn and implement Marketing Tools from a large franchise network.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health standards.
• Lead all Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Perform accurate cash handling procedures.
