AR Pizza, LLC (Domino’s Pizza) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily shift operations with a focus on customer experience, team development, and cost controls. You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safe, efficient store performance in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the General Manager to schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and pass audits while delivering exceptional hospitality and quality pizza to our community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for driving if required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s standards and AR Pizza policies.
• Model professional behavior and maintain a safe workplace.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee food preparation and health/safety compliance.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls.
• Complete required paperwork and inventories.
• Support recruitment and onboarding as directed by the GM.
