Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will supervise a shift, ensure quality and cleanliness, and support service, food prep, and daily operations to deliver top guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team, promote a fun, respectful culture, and demonstrate integrity and accountability in all tasks.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Criminal background check meeting company standards.
Computer skills: Basic knowledge and understanding of point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
Reliable Transportation
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and products.
Greet customers warmly and answer menu questions, on the phone or in person.
Address guest service complaints promptly and professionally, turning negatives into positives.
Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers when needed.
Manage the shift, ensuring the team has tools to succeed.
Maintain standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Schedule staff, manage inventory, and maintain restaurant equipment.
Operate the cash register and collect payments.
Make fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes and portions.
Assist the team during busy periods and help with service and food prep.
