Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You will-led teams, manage inventory, support financial accountability, and ensure safe, quality food is served in a friendly environment.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience, basic math and accounting skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. Healthcare, meal discounts, and growth opportunities are offered by a franchisee.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting, and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability.
