SONIC Assistant Manager in Broken Arrow, OK leads all aspects of the restaurant with the General Manager, focusing on People, Operations, Profits and Sales to deliver fast, friendly service that makes customers smile. You’ll hire, train and coach staff while upholding safety, quality and efficiency in a busy neighborhood SONIC.

This role seeks 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma, and a passion for developing teams and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
