Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, ensure smooth shift operations, handle customer relations, and uphold store standards. The role emphasizes judgement, math, and multi-tasking abilities to keep the store running efficiently.

As part of the team, you’ll manage 3–30 employees, train staff, and ensure safety and quality across all store processes. Weekly pay is offered, with hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during shifts.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• High standards for self and team in appearance, punctuality and attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers during shifts.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees on a scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations and customer relations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products safely to customers by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance.
