Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all restaurant operations, including customer service, food prep, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, and provide coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve store performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the GM's absence to ensure operations continuity.
