Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (3–30 staff) during shifts.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record and pass an MVR check.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability to work varying shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during the shift and ensure cost, inventory and cash controls.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, smiling demeanor.
• Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts and coordinate tasks.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Prepare products quickly and to Domino's portion/recipe standards.
• Deliver product to customers safely and courteously if required.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back and uphold grooming standards.
