The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work 40–50 hours weekly, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure every guest feels the Hotshots message: "We\'re truly glad you\'re here and will do everything we can to make you want to come back".
• Oversee daily operations, including guest service, scheduling, training, and shift execution.
• Drive sales and support marketing/promotions to keep the energy high and the restaurant buzzing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests and team members.
• Assist the General Manager with planning, reporting, and hitting performance goals.
